Rapid Flapless Implant
With the rapid flapless implant technique, it is possible to make an implant without making any incisions in the mouth and thus without stitching. Flapless implant applications, which are performed carefully with a good planning with the help of 3D tomography, have gained a lot of popularity in recent years due to their high success rates.
Implant treatment; It consists of the first stage in which the implant is placed in the jawbone and the second stage in which the upper structure of the implant is started after the time required for the fusion to the jawbone. Patients spend this interim period in classical implant treatment either edentulous or with temporary removable dentures. It is possible to combine these two stages with the rapid flapless implant. In other words, as the implant is placed on the jawbone, the temporary superstructure to be used during the healing can be started to be made. In this way, the patient's time spent without teeth is considerably shortened. After 3 months, which is the minimum time required for the implants to fuse to the bone, the treatment of the patients is completed by making the implant prostheses that the patient will use permanently.
With closed surgery, since it is performed in a much shorter time compared to open surgery, the healing process is much faster and the risk of infection is almost non-existent. Since there are no incisions and stitches, tissue injuries are prevented. There is no pain during and after the treatment, and bleeding is very less since it is an atraumatic operation. It is a very comfortable treatment since bruising due to bleeding and swelling due to edema are not observed.
